Abraham Caro
BIO: Abe Caro grew up playing "cascaritas" (pick up soccer games) on the streets of his town. He demonstrated his leadership skills and love for soccer at a very early age. Abe and two other friends put together his first soccer team, "Los Astros" at the age of 12.
In 1995 he was nominated president and team captain of his local JR high school soccer team.
Abe immigrated to the U.S. in October of 1986. He lived in Lake Tahoe, Nevada where he attended high school and played in the varsity team.
In 1989, Abe moved to Burbank, California where he played in local clubs. He began his coaching endeavor with AYSO in 2001 - Coaching both boys and Girls where he achieved the highest level certification.
He was the head coach for SSV Burbank Club for 3 years and he has now joined Sherman Oaks Extreme Soccer Club.
Abe and Asst Coach Mike Rizzotti, bring a lot of experience and professional leadership to Sherman Oaks Extreme Soccer Club. In his 10 years of coaching, Abe has made a difference in the lives of many youth players. His family values, commitment to the sport, love and respect for the game, as well as his dedication to player skill developement is truly genuine.
Abe currently holds a (USSF) National E License and is working on getting his (USSF) National D license for the upcoming year.
