“Soccer is my passion… based on that my philosophy and ideas with this sport is to create an environment where the kids and adults will have a healthy competition, where they will also have to show their efforts and best of all to work as a team. I will expect from them their commitment, seriousness and respect for themselves, their teammates and everyone involved in the games, within and outside the field. “To learn and to try” - will represent the effort and the commitment and will result in the goals that we all are setting for the team. We will learn to work as a team and enjoy the victories as well as learn from our defeats. I have hope that with communication and respect, we will be able to give a positive message to our players, that with faith, effort and dedication they will be able to reach their goals in whatever they would like to accomplish in their lives.”
